How you'll make an impact in this role

Assess and perform obstetrical evaluations and testing on pregnant patients for pregnancy andnon-pregnancy related complaints.

Responsible for triaging complaints and communicating findings to the advanced practice provider or provider for further evaluation or treatment.

Facilitate complete workup and provide throughput to home or admission to Labor and Delivery for treatment and delivery.

Provide discharge education to patients specific to pregnancy related concerns and plan additional treatment(s) for patients.
What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.
