Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our healthcare client in Westborough, Massachusetts (01581). This is a full-time home health opportunity supporting patients in Leominster and surrounding areas.

Contract Details
· Type: Full-Time Home Health Position
· Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
· Weekly Hours: Guaranteed 32 hours (up to 40 hours available)
· Pay Rate: $54.00 - $55.00 per hour
· Location: Westborough, MA 01581 (travel to patient homes in surrounding areas)
· Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits
· On-Call/Weekends: Not required
Top Responsibilities
· Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes following home health guidelines
· Complete OASIS assessments and maintain accurate EMR documentation
· Coordinate and manage assigned patient caseload across coverage areas
· Communicate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
· Travel between patient visits while maintaining timely scheduling
· Ensure compliance with home health standards, policies, and procedures
Required Qualifications
· Active Massachusetts RN license required
· Minimum 2+ years of home health experience required
· OASIS experience required
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and manage patient caseload
· Reliable transportation required
