Position Overview
As a School LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering direct healthcare services to students, ensuring their safety, well-being, and readiness to learn. You will collaborate closely with school staff, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, compliant care.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to students in accordance with care plans and physician orders

Support students with chronic health conditions, medication administration, and daily health needs

Monitor and document student health status and progress

Assist with medical procedures and respond to health-related emergencies

Collaborate with school personnel and healthcare teams to support student success

Maintain accurate and compliant health records
Qualifications

Active California LVN license in good standing

Prior pediatric, school, or community health experience preferred

Current CPR certification

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
