Active, unrestricted LPN license in any state

1 year experience in a nursing home, long term care facility, or psychiatric setting
Schedule: Full time 12 or 8 hour shifts, shift options include 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, or 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
