Amergis Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Detox Program Supervisor role within a 24/7 rehabilitation and recovery agency in Santa Monica, CA. This is a day-shift, 20-week assignment beginning July 13, 2026 , supporting clinical operations, staff oversight, and participant-centered detox services.
Position Overview
The Detox Program Supervisor provides leadership in clinical care, administrative operations, and workflow management for participants undergoing detoxification. Working with wide latitude for independent judgment, the RN ensures regulatory compliance, high-quality documentation, and a safe, therapeutic environment. This role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans, oversee LVNs, manage staffing schedules, and support continuous improvement in participant outcomes.
