Locations: Dedham, MA & Roslindale, MA
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Long-Term Care team. CNAs play a vital role in providing exceptional, resident-centered care while supporting the health, comfort, and dignity of our senior population.
Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

Provide mobility assistance, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation support.

Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental status to the nursing team.

Measure and record vital signs and accurately document resident care.

Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate care and effective communication.

Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans.
Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts.

Current CPR certification preferred.

Previous Long-Term Care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care.
