Description:
At Johnson Memorial Hospital , the Administrative Nurse Supervisor provides overall on-site nursing and administrative leadership for the hospital. In this role, you will respond to emergencies, address patient and family concerns, coordinate staffing needs, and provide support and guidance to nursing staff across the organization.

What You Will Do
As an Administrative Nurse Supervisor , you will provide both clinical and administrative oversight for hospital operations during your assigned shift. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while supporting operational efficiency throughout the hospital.
Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required for this position

Licensure: Current Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Certifications: Current BLS required prior to hire. ACLS, FCCS, and CPI/NCI certification required within one year of hire.

Experience: Progressive nursing experience in a variety of clinical settings, including critical care, required. Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
