Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides personal assistance services to an employee with an approved Reasonable Accommodation Agreement. The position supports activities of daily living, ergonomic positioning, and workplace accessibility to enable the employee to safely perform essential job functions.
Services are performed in the employee's home work environment while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, safety, and dignity.
Essential Functions

§ Provides assistance with activities of daily living including dressing, eating, drinking, toileting, hygiene, and reaching.
§ Repositions arms, hands, head, and body to maintain proper posture and ergonomics.
§ Assists with answering/disconnecting work telephone calls.
§ Positions paper files and documents for use.
§ Adjusts workstation equipment, wheelchair, lighting, temperature, and humidity.
§ Positions employee's hand on computer mouse as needed.
§ Maintains cleanliness of the home office.
§ Performs additional duties as assigned within CNA scope.

Qualifications
§ Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
§ Experience assisting with activities of daily living preferred.
§ Ability to safely reposition and assist individuals with limited mobility.
§ Excellent communication, professionalism, confidentiality, and observational skills.

Required Hours:
