Job Description
The NICU Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized, evidence-based nursing care to neonatal patients across multiple Neonatal Intensive Care Units within the Saint Luke's BJC health system. This role supports staffing needs by floating to designated NICU locations and caring for patients ranging from stable growing infants to critically ill neonates requiring advanced respiratory and intensive care interventions.
The NICU Float Pool RN demonstrates clinical excellence, adaptability, strong critical-thinking skills, and the ability to rapidly integrate into diverse care teams while maintaining high standards of patient safety, family-centered care, and professional practice.

Applicable Experience:
2 years
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - American Academy of Pediatrics, Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
