We're seeking experienced Psychiatric Registered Nurses for a Behavioral Health assignment in St. Helena, CA . This role supports nursing services through patient care, staffing coordination, resource allocation, and collaboration with nursing leadership to ensure safe and effective unit operations.

Department Details
This department provides administrative and operational support across Nursing Services. Responsibilities include supporting nursing leadership, coordinating staffing and scheduling, balancing nursing resources to patient and unit needs, and assisting with the overall delivery of patient care services.
Requirements

2+ years of Psychiatric RN experience

Active RN License
-
BLS Required
-
CPI or TEAMS - Required

Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or mental health settings preferred

Strong communication, organization, and patient advocacy skills
Additional Requirements

Must meet all federal, state, and facility requirements

Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

Must be at least 18 years of age
