Role Overview
As an RN within the BayCare Medical Group , you will support the physician's office healthcare team by providing direct patient care and coordinating clinical services. This role requires independent clinical judgment, adherence to nursing standards, and collaboration with providers and care team members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and established clinical protocols

Assessing patient needs and developing appropriate care plans

Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care

Educating patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and preventive care

Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to providers
-
Administering medications and treatments as ordered

Delegating appropriate patient care activities to support staff

Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Supporting efficient clinical workflow and high-quality patient care

Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education
Required:
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Experience
Required:
- One (1) year of Nursing experience
Preferred:
- One (1) year of Medical Office experience

Licensure / Certification
Required:
- Active Florida RN License
