Job Description:

Takes call to provide 24/7 coverage, including weekends and holidays.

Conducts forensic examinations and evidence collection for victims of sexual assault.

Ensures competency and certification as defined by relevant state councils against sexual violence.

Collaborates with medical and law enforcement professionals to support victims.

Maintains accurate documentation and follows legal protocols for evidence handling. Provides compassionate care and emotional support to victims.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Basic computer skills - must be able to navigate Microsoft windows based programs. [Required]
Education:
Work Experience:
- 1+ year hospital experience [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner - Adult (SANE-A) [Preferred]
