J ob Summary
The Infusion Nurse Supervisor plays a vital leadership role within our outpatient infusion clinic, overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring the safe, efficient, and compassionate delivery of infusion therapies. This position combines hands-on clinical care with team supervision, quality assurance, and patient coordination in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Clinical Supervisor will work in coordination with the service line director, RN Manager, staff and clinical care team to support and direct as appropriate the delivery of care for infusion patients. Provides comprehensive clinical supervision and functions as a liaison between the patient/family and the clinical care team. Contributes to and participates in survey readiness as well as the evaluation and development of service line protocols, standards of care, policy and procedures as guided by evidence- based research literature reviews and clinical practice guidelines. Will work with the leadership team in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
M inimum Education Requirement :
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirement :
Two (2) years of chemotherapy administration experience working as an outpatient infusion RN, in a clinic, physician office, or hospital setting. Oncology Ambulatory Infusion Center experience preferred. Must have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service and service recovery skills. Previous nurse supervisory experience preferred.
Minimum License Requirement :
Current California RN license. BLS and ACLS required. ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy provider card required. OCN certification preferred. Ongoing education of 12 cancer related continuing nursing education hours annually.

Pay Range:
$57.63 - $84.72
