Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hrly $89.22 Stipend (Lodging $924.00 + M&I $560.00) = $1,484.00
Total Comp :$4,695.92
Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:
Nurse Practitioner Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and medical histories.

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions.
-
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.

Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans within scope of practice.

Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and health maintenance.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Promote preventive care and wellness through patient education and screenings.

Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Current, valid, and unrestrictedNY license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years recent experience as an NP
-
Licensed as NP
-
Ability to build rapport with patients

Compassionate and caring demeanor
-
Familiarity with medical terminology
-
CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
-
Additional certifications may be required

Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
