Work hours: Full-time, Exempt position, Monday-Friday, mainly 8AM-5PM, with some evening meetingsSkills:

Knowledge about data collection and reporting required. (Will use MS Office, Excel, Sharepoint, EPIC, RLT's)

Knowledge of CMS standards, JCAHO standards, THR - RLT (reliability learning tools), and RCA (root cause analysis)

Utilize investigative skills - investigations, follow trends and process improvement

Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Stephenville is a full-service, 97-bed hospital serving Erath and surrounding counties since 1926. The hospital offers surgical services, women's and infants' services, advanced diagnostic imaging, sleep lab and a wound care program. Texas Health Stephenville is a TDSHS Level IV Stroke Facility, a TDSHS Level I (Well Care) Neonatal Facility, and a TDSHS Level I (Basic Care) Maternal Facility. Education
Bachelor's Degree Nursing or related healthcare field Req
Experience
3 Years clinical experience required Req and
3 Years risk management, quality management, legal or patient safety Pref
Licenses and Certifications
Other appropriate clinical licensure for discipline Upon Hire Req And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And
CPHRM - Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management Upon Hire Pref
