Elara Caring i s growing across Boston, Newton, and Arlington , and we're seeking Home Health Registered Nurses who want greater independence, meaningful patient relationships, and opportunities for professional growth. You'll provide skilled, one-on-one care within a dedicated territory while partnering with an experienced interdisciplinary team.

A Day in the Role
As a Home Health Registered Nurse , you will:

Complete patient assessments and manage an assigned caseload
-
Develop and update individualized Plans of Care
-
Provide skilled nursing treatments and medication education

Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition
-
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other providers
-
Help reduce avoidable hospitalizations

Maintain timely and accurate documentation
You're a Great Fit If You Have
-
Current, unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts
-
One year of experience in a clinical setting
-
Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and current insurance

Ability to travel throughout your assigned territory
-
Be able to work independently while being a part of a collaborative team
-
Sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
