Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Salisbury, MD

Contract Length: 8 Weeks

Shift: 10:45 PM - 6:45 AM Every other weekend required

Schedule:

Weekdays and weekends

Approximately 30-40 hours per week

40 hours not guaranteed

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Orientation
Job Responsibilities
-
Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
-
Assist residents with all ADLs
-
Assist with mobility and resident transfers
-
Implement individualized care plans and behavior support strategies
-
Monitor and document residents' physical and emotional well-being
-
Support therapeutic, recreational, and skill-development activities
-
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control procedures
-
Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
-
Respond appropriately to emergencies and safety situations
-
Participate in required training and development programs
Requirements
-
Minimum of 1 year of recent CNA experience
-
Current CNA certification per state requirements
-
Knowledge of medical terminology and clerical functions
