Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hrly $38.86 Stipend (Lodging $770.00 + M&I $476.00) = $1,246.00
Total Comp :$2,644.96
Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:
Nursing Specialty: OR Circulator RN
Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Direct, plan, and control nursing activities and patient care.
-
Make clinical decisions based on measurable and verifiable criteria.
-
Work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
-
Implement the plan of care to ensure patient safety, correct-site procedures, medication administration, and prevention of surgical complications and infections.
-
Monitor and maintain patients' physiological status, wound healing, tissue perfusion, and fluid/electrolyte balance.
-
Protect patients' rights, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality while providing age-appropriate, culturally competent, and ethical care.

Accurately document all nursing care.

Maintain required competencies and participate in ongoing education and professional development.
-
Serve as a patient advocate, comply with hospital policies and procedures, float to qualified departments as needed, and perform other assigned duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Current RN license in State of Oregon, BLS, ACLS, & PALS Certification, TNCC.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
-
CNOR, Peri-op 101, CRASE training: If travel assignment extends beyond a 6-month period, CRASE training will be required.

Previous RN circulator experience, Peri-op 101 course, Scrub experience.

Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
