Description:
Reporting to the Director, Surgical Services, Nursing Service Admin, this position has twenty-four hour accountability for managing all aspects of patient care in the assigned units, coordinating the level of care with identified patient needs, providing clinical support to staff, and ensuring continual quality improvement and fiscal accountability.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree is required. Three years of Nursing Leadership experience may substitute for the Bachelor's Degree requirement.

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required. Clinical professionals currently licensed outside the State of California will be provided six (6) months from date of hire to obtain equivalent California state licensure.

Minimum of three years nursing experience is required. If Nursing Leadership experience is in lieu of degree, must have additional 3 years' experience.

Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
Pay Range:
$67.19 - 100.75
