Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care within an outpatient reproductive healthcare setting.
The RN will support patients throughout their care experience, including patient education, screening and assessment, procedure and recovery support, follow-up care, and maintaining patient safety . This position also plays an important role in supporting the daily clinical operations of the center and ensuring that established clinical, regulatory, and patient-care policies are followed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care throughout the patient experience.

Conduct patient education, screening, and clinical assessments.

Support patients during procedures and recovery.

Provide appropriate follow-up care and patient support.

Monitor patient safety and respond appropriately to clinical needs.

Follow established clinical, regulatory, and patient-care policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Maintain accurate and appropriate clinical documentation.

Support the daily functioning and patient flow of the clinic.

Perform additional clinical and operational duties as needed.
Qualifications
-
Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

2+ years of relevant nursing experience preferred.

Experience in women's health, labor and delivery, surgical nursing, or equivalent clinical experience strongly preferred.

Hospital-based nursing experience preferred.

ACLS certification required, or willingness to obtain ACLS within 90 days.

Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental patient care.

Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail and patient safety.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ideal Background

Women's Health - OB/GYN - Labor & Delivery - Surgical/Perioperative Nursing - Ambulatory Surgery - Hospital-Based Nursing
Candidates should also be comfortable providing direct patient care in a setting where patient education, clinical assessment, procedures, recovery, and patient safety are central to the nursing role.
Schedule & Work Environment
This is a 100% onsite position with a consistent 32-hour workweek .
The clinic provides clinical care four days per week, and patient volume can vary depending on the season. Some days may end earlier based on clinic operations and patient flow.
The schedule includes one evening shift and Saturday hours , so candidates should be comfortable working the full Tuesday-Saturday schedule outlined above.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $37.13 per hour
