Full-time Seasonal weekly requirements are three 12-hour shifts for the 13-week contract (excludes 1st week of orientation)
$1,500 completion bonus for meeting minimum productive time
Eligible for shift differentials. $3.50 for evenings, $5 for nights, and $6 for weekends. These are stackable (as applicable by time/day)
The first week is Monday- Friday orientation.
Although this is a short term (13 week) assignment, you would be a Baylor employee (not contractual, agency, etc.). The hope is that once the assignment is concluded, you will convert to a regular FT, PT, or PRN role.

Part of Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest not for profit healthcare system in the state of Texas, the hospital offers personalized care and advanced technology on a beautiful with hotel-like amenities and all private rooms. Services include emergency care, heart and vascular services, orthopedics, oncology, primary care, women's services, and a Level III Neonatal IC with private suites.
As part of the medical center's long-term plans, the hospital structure can add additional floors, increasing the number of beds to 400 as community growth warrants.

You will be joining a g reat team full of a vibrant group of individuals from all over the world with many opportunities to learn from post surgical care to elective to traumatic to neuro spine surgical care. Fast paced environment with great teamwork and leadership support.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of inpatient experience, preferred experience in a trauma center, elective surgery and neurosurgery
Hours: 6:45am - 7:15 pm, must work at least 4 Saturday/Sunday shifts out of 12 in a 6 week period.

Job Summary
As a Seasonal RN, you align with our nursing model, manage patient care, evaluate, recognize, create, implement care plans. Monitor patient progress is also vital. Your knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system safely, reducing complications. You will use your expertise to understand patient needs and the healthcare environment.

Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role
