Mercy Hospital’s 4thfloor is home to the 4A Transitional Care Unit along with the 4M Med/Surg Telemetry Unit.4Ais a 12-bed unit thatconsists of patients who are transitioning from acute care to home or another care setting and patients who no longer require the intensity of acute hospital care but still need specialized medical, nursing or other care before discharge. 4M, on the other hand,is a 28-bed acute medical/telemetry unit that also cares for patients in an observation status. This unit is typically fast-paced and allows our caregivers to assess, diagnose and treat medical concerns with non-invasive methods.
As a Nurse Manager, you will manage the delivery of care within the4A and 4MunitsatMercy Hospital. In this role, you will provide diagnostic or therapeutic services to patients while offering clinical supervision,maintainingqualityoutcomesand supervising all aspects of personnel management and development.Ultimately, yourdedication and leadership help enhance the Cleveland Clinic experience for everyone, whether they are patients,visitorsor fellow caregivers.

Physical Requirements:
Requires full range of motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye and hand coordination.
Requires frequent data entry, sitting, standing and walking.
Requires corrective vision and hearing to normal range.
Requires some exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids.
Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.

Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $101,900.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $155,390.00
