Internal Medicine Office Nurse (RN)
Pay Range: $39.00 per hour midpoint

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Internal Medicine practice in a full-time office nursing role.
The Office Nurse is responsible for coordinating and providing professional nursing care for assigned patients while working independently within accepted nursing standards, medical direction, and organizational policies and procedures.
The RN utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This position also provides guidance and direction to clinical support staff, including LPNs and Medical Assistants, regarding delegated patient-care activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
Coordinate patient care with physicians, nurses, Medical Assistants, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals.
Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the clinical team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes, concerns, and significant findings to appropriate members of the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient medical records.
Educate patients and families regarding disease management, treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and wellness.
Provide compassionate support and advocate for patient needs and rights.
Teach and direct LPNs, Medical Assistants, and other clinical support staff in appropriately delegated activities.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information.
Follow applicable healthcare regulations, policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, equipment, and current nursing best practices.
Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to promote quality patient outcomes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
ACLS certification required.
Working knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and clinical equipment.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Previous nursing experience required.
New graduates are not being considered at this time due to the orientation requirements of the position.
Relocation Requirement
Candidates must be actively planning or in the process of relocating to New Hampshire. This opportunity is intended for candidates who are serious about establishing residency in the area.

Compensation
$39.00 per hour midpoint
Compensation is based on qualifications and relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, patient-focused RN who demonstrates excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to providing high-quality care in an outpatient Internal Medicine setting.
