? Pay Rate: $56-$60/hour

? What You'll Do
? Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes
? Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
? Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
? Educate patients and families on disease management and preventative care
? Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
? Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
? Maintain accurate and timely documentation
? What We're Looking For
? Active Oregon RN License
? Home Health experience preferred, but not required
? Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
? Excellent communication and patient education abilities
? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
? Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
? Current BLS Certification preferred

Pay Details: $56.00 to $65.00 per hour
