DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY - LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) | HOME HEALTH
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Direct Hire Home Health opportunity with a leading healthcare organization serving the Portland and Hillsboro communities.

Location: Hillsboro, OR / Portland, OR
Pay: $38-$42/hour (Based on Experience)
Position Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
What You'll Be Doing
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of an RN or Physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
Perform wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management
Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
Active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing or Vocational Nursing program
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health or Med/Surg preferred)
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Strong communication and patient care skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
Ability to work independently while delivering compassionate care

Pay Details: $38.00 to $42.00 per hour
