Local Team Collaboration:

We believe in local, site-level leadership.
5 physicians and 18 CRNAs model
Strong collaboration between all physicians and CRNAs on the team supporting the full scope of practice for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

Sacred Heart Bay is a level II trauma center covering general, ortho, cardiac, vascular, neuro and OB/GYN services.
Robust compensation package with a sign-on bonus available.

Scheduling:

A unique rotation with pod members totaling an average of 8 24-hour shifts in a rotating 4-week period.
13 weeks off.
No call or shift responsibilities over and beyond the working schedule.

Qualifications:

NBCRNA certified.
Active FL license.
Authorized to work in the United States.
