Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Travel Home Health contract in Decatur, AL . This is a 10-week assignment providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Lawrence and Morgan Counties.

Job Details
· Location: Decatur, AL
· Pay: $53-$55.90/hour, mileage reimbursed between patient visits
· Contract: 13 weeks, possibility of an extension
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
· Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
· Coverage Area: Lawrence and Morgan Counties
Responsibilities
· Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the assigned service area.
· Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
· Provide wound care, IV care, and other skilled nursing treatments as needed.
· Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the healthcare team.
· Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatment plans, and disease management.
· Coordinate care with physicians, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
· Travel between patient visits throughout the assigned coverage area.
Requirements
· Active Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
· Experience providing wound care and IV care.
· Ability to work independently in a home health setting.
· Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
· Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous home health nursing experience.
· Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
· Strong time management and care coordination skills.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
