Quality Improvment Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN)

The Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible for
analyzing, developing, monitoring and implementing clinical quality initiatives
to achieve healthy outcomes as well as improving patient/client experience.
Minimum Requirements:

Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nursing in statepracticing if required by client orcontract

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality preferred

Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

Minimum of two years clinical experience preferred

Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
