What You Can Expect:

Serve as the primary nurse navigator for patients throughout their spine treatment and procedural journey.

Coordinate procedure scheduling and ensure patients are clinically and administratively prepared for upcoming procedures.

Review referrals, triage new patient requests, and help facilitate appropriate access to care.

Act as a key liaison between providers, patients, and scheduling teams to support efficient care coordination.

Provide patient education, answer questions, and help patients understand procedural expectations and next steps.

Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to streamline procedural workflows.

Support a fast-paced specialty clinic focused on delivering timely, high-quality spine care.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30a-5:00p.
3 days per week - Remote
2 days per week - In office
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors of Nursing Degree

Experience: 2 years' of RN experience

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
