Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health contract in Vero Beach, FL . This assignment runs from October through January 2027, providing home health nursing care to patients throughout Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, and Sebastian.

Job Details
· Location: Vero Beach, FL
· Pay: $53-$55.90/hour, Mileage Reimbursed between patient visits
· Contract: October 2026 to January 2027
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
· Coverage Area: Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, and Sebastian
· On-Call/Weekend: None
Responsibilities
· Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
· Complete OASIS assessments and required clinical documentation.
· Assess patient conditions and monitor progress throughout care.
· Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and the healthcare team.
· Coordinate patient care and maintain accurate, timely records.
· Travel between patient visits throughout the assigned service area.
Requirements
· Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
· Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
· Current BLS/CPR certification.
· Strong patient assessment and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with IV therapy.
· Wound care and wound VAC experience.
· Blood draw experience.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
