Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health contract in Bowling Green, MO . This assignment provides nursing support across seven counties in northeastern Missouri, helping fill staffing gaps and providing care to patients in various locations as needed.

Job Details
· Location: Bowling Green, MO
· Pay: $53-$55.90/hour, mileage reimbursed between patient visits
· Contract: Approximately 2 months
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
· Coverage Area: Seven counties in northeastern Missouri
· On-Call/Weekend: Rotating on-call coverage, including primary and backup on-call responsibilities
· Dress Code: Any color of scrubs
Responsibilities
· Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
· Support core staff case managers by covering staffing gaps and providing care to patients at various locations.
· Travel between patient visits throughout the assigned service area.
· Assess patient conditions and monitor progress throughout care.
· Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and the healthcare team.
· Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time.
· Coordinate patient care and follow established clinical protocols.
Requirements
· Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
· Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
· Strong patient assessment and documentation skills.
· Ability to travel throughout the assigned coverage area.
· Availability to work Monday through Friday and participate in the on-call rotation.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
