? What You'll Do
-
Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical examinations, and required testing.

Monitor donors and manage adverse reactions in accordance with established procedures.

Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care when necessary.

Review laboratory results and communicate concerns to appropriate medical personnel.

Support employee health and safety initiatives, including vaccination programs and incident assessments.

Maintain compliance with medical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
? What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a recognized nursing education program.

Current Iowa LPN or LVN license.
-
Current CPR and AED certification.

Ability to meet applicable state requirements for basic IV therapy.

At least 2 years of clinical or hospital experience.

Strong commitment to safety, quality care, and exceptional customer service.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $31.68 per hour
