Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health in Seven Hills, OH. This assignment involves providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, completing RN visits and OASIS assessments, and coordinating patient care throughout the assigned coverage area.

Job Details
· Location: Seven Hills, OH
· Pay: $53-$ 55.90/hour
· Contract: October 2026 - January 2027
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
· Coverage Area: Lorain, Cuyahoga, and Lake Counties
· On-Call/Weekend: One week and one weekend per month
· Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits
· Dress Code: Navy or black scrubs
Responsibilities
· Provide skilled nursing care through home health visits.
· Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in health status.
· Complete OASIS assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
· Develop and update patient care plans based on individual needs.
· Communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians and the healthcare team.
· Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
· Travel between patient visits throughout the assigned coverage area.
· Participate in the scheduled on-call and weekend rotation.
Requirements
· Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
· Associate degree in nursing or equivalent qualifying RN education.
· Previous home health nursing experience.
· OASIS assessment and documentation experience.
· Strong patient assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to travel throughout the assigned coverage area.
· Availability to participate in the on-call and weekend rotation.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
· Previous experience completing OASIS assessments in a home health setting.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
