Position Summary
Provides clinical leadership to Med Surg staff under the direction of the Nurse Manager. Assists staff members in determining an effective therapeutic plan of care through use of the nursing process (i.e. planning, implementing, evaluating, and modifying the plan as indicated).
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as an RN. Supervisory experience preferred.
Licensure & Certifications
Current RN licensure in the State of Vermont. BLS & ACLS Certifications required.
