Rotation: 36/48 rotating schedule with every other weekend required

Responsibilities
-
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate psychiatric nursing care
-
Provide medication administration and monitor patient responses
-
Support patients experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams

Promote patient safety and therapeutic interventions
-
Deliver compassionate care while maintaining professional standards
Required Qualifications
-
Current RN license in South Carolina or compact state
-
Minimum 1 year of Psychiatric, Behavioral Health, or Corrections nursing experience
-
Current CPR certification
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced behavioral health environment
-
Must meet all federal, state, and facility requirements

Comprehensive orientation including medication pass competency and unit training

This facility works with an adolescent behavioral health population. Candidates must be comfortable working with challenging behaviors. Behavioral health and/or corrections experience is strongly preferred and must be confirmed prior to submission.
