Registered Nurse (RN) - Refugee/Immigration Clinic
Location: Lynn, MA
Start Date: 06/15/2026
Duration: 13-week contract (strong potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $55/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Refugee/Immigration Clinic team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and is passionate about providing care to diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities

Administer vaccines to patients

Triage patients via phone and in person to determine urgency and appropriate level of care

Perform patient procedures and assess patient health status

Provide education to patients and families on conditions, treatments, and follow-up care

Communicate abnormal test results to providers

Track and document patient follow-ups accurately

Collaborate effectively with providers and interdisciplinary teams

Ensure chronic care patients are scheduled for follow-ups and receive ongoing support

Develop and maintain patient registries and assist with data tracking/reporting requirements

Manage incoming patient calls and coordinate care needs, including urgent referrals

Support patients enrolled in Chronic Care Self-Management Programs

Participate in developing unit goals, protocols, and procedures
Qualifications
Required:
-
Active Massachusetts RN license
-
Experience in clinic, community health, ambulatory, or primary care settings
-
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
-
Experience with care coordination and patient management
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish, Khmer, or Russian) with medical terminology knowledge
