How you'll make an impact in this role

Direct operations for a high-acuity cardiovascular department at a Level II Trauma center, managing 5 Cath/EP labs, an IR/Vascular suite, and an upcoming hybrid suite to support 700+ monthly procedures, overseeing a critical service line that generates one-third of the organization's revenue.

Utilize strong financial acumen to manage budgets, optimize operational costs, and champion business cases for growth, while cultivating key partnerships with physicians and community leaders to expand our market position.

Spearhead the continuous improvement of services, policies, and standardization efforts to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care and long-term operational success.

Foster a culture of excellence by actively mentoring, coaching, and developing staff and leadership, while overseeing recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
Education:
Work Experience:

5 years of experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Proven, verified Director-level experience in a cardiovascular setting (e.g., Cath Lab, EP Lab, CVOR, or Cardiac Step-Down)

Master's degree (or currently enrolled in a Master's program)
