Registered Nurse (RN) Wound Care/Hyperbaric Outpatient Clinic

·Work location: Texas Health Southwest, 6100 Harris Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76132
·Work hours: PRN II requires a minimum of 3 shifts per 6 week schedule (working collaboratively with wound clinic leadership to cover the M-F 8a -4:30p staffing needs).

Here’s What You Need
·Associate degree or Nursing Diploma required.
·BSN preferred.
·One-year experience as a registered nurse.
·Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire.
·Current BLS prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
·Experience in outpatient wound care setting (preferred) and/or inpatient wound care
What You Will Do
·Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process.
·Responsible for delivery of wound care in an outpatient setting.
·Work with other team members to resolve patient issues.
·Ensure communication with other care providers is timely, accurate, and complete.
·Patient/family teaching and discharge instructions, referrals and supply needs.
·Utilizes evidence-based practice to administer wound care services.
