Provides perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room, including circulating and/or scrubbing for a variety of surgical procedures while maintaining strict sterile technique and patient safety standards

Collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to ensure efficient case flow, accurate instrumentation, and optimal patient outcomes

Supports a high-acuity, fast-paced OR environment, utilizing advanced surgical technology and adhering to best practices in infection prevention and perioperative care
Here's What You Need

Nursing Diploma (Nursing) - RequiredOR

Associate's Degree in Nursing - Required

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Preferred

One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of a Registered Nurse (RN) residency program - Required

Registered Nurse (RN) - Required upon hire

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) - Required prior to providing independent patient care; must be maintained quarterlySkillsA high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
