Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Rehab Technician , you will play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, independence, and confidence. You will work alongside therapists and nurses to support effective treatments and create a positive, caring environment that encourages patients on their healing journey. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact - helping patients move forward while living out our mission to improve lives every day.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting therapists with treatments and exercises and helping tailor therapy plans to each patient's needs

Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining therapy equipment and treatment areas to create a safe, organized space for patients and staff

Helping patients get to therapy sessions and assisting with dressing, positioning, and other needs so they feel comfortable and ready for care

Tracking supplies, completing basic paperwork, and sharing important patient information with the rehab team

Supporting the team with tasks like helping during mealtimes or other duties that keep patient care running smoothly
What qualifications you will need:

High School Graduate / GED
-
Experience in a rehab setting preferred
-
Must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts per month
