Responsibilities:

Appeals preparation

Grievance tracking

Patient satisfaction analysis, and competency evaluations.

The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in patient care and staff support.
Qualifications:

Valid NYS RN license
-
In-depth knowledge of CHHA regulations, including federal, state, and DOH requirements

Solid understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) for home health, including documentation, visit frequency, and billing standards

Experience conducting clinical record reviews for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Familiarity with OASIS data collection and its influence on quality reporting and reimbursement

Proven ability to analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and develop corrective action plans

Prior experience with survey readiness, audits, or responding to agencies such as OMIG, CMS, or DOH

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across clinical, administrative, and operational teams

Proficiency in EMR systems like HCHB or similar platforms

The salary range for this position is $110000.00-$110000.00/year
