Schedule: Day Shift, Monday through Friday, as needed

As an Occupational Health & Wellness Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the health, safety, and well-being of employees. Your expertise will help promote a healthy workforce through preventative care, wellness initiatives, injury management, and employee health education.
What You'll Do

Provide occupational health nursing services for employees

Assess and manage workplace illnesses and injuries

Coordinate return-to-work programs and workplace accommodations

Conduct health screenings, wellness assessments, and immunization clinics

Deliver health education on stress management, nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices

Maintain employee health records in compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations

Support emergency response and first aid programs

Monitor occupational health trends and recommend preventive interventions

Collaborate with Human Resources, Benefits, and Employee Assistance Program teams

Promote employee wellness initiatives and engagement programs
What We're Looking For
-
A current, up-to-date resume
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
-
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) or Associate's degree in Nursing

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required, ideally in occupational health, employee health, corporate wellness, or case management

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Experience conducting health screenings, wellness coaching, or employee health programs preferred

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

Ability to meet compliance requirements
