Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health for a contract assignment in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, completing OASIS assessments and admissions, and coordinating individualized patient care.

Job Details
· Location: Dallas, TX
· Pay: $53 to $ 55.90/hr
· Contract: November 2026 to February 2027
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
· Coverage Area: Dallas and surrounding areas
· Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits
· On-Call/Weekend Coverage: Required
· Dress Code: Blue scrubs
Responsibilities
· Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes.
· Complete OASIS assessments and patient admissions.
· Assess patient conditions and develop individualized plans of care.
· Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the healthcare team.
· Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and disease management.
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
· Travel between patients' residences throughout the Dallas area.
· Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as required.
Requirements
· Active RN license or compact nursing license.
· Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
· Home health nursing experience.
· Experience with OASIS assessments and admissions.
· Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred.
· Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner.
· Ability to travel throughout the assigned coverage area.
· Availability to work the required schedule and participate in on-call/weekend coverage.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
