A Day in Your New Role
As an RN, you will play an important part in ensuring donors have a safe, positive, and comfortable experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

Perform donor health assessments and screenings

Obtain and evaluate vital signs

Monitor donor well-being throughout the donation process

Recognize and respond appropriately to donor concerns or reactions

Provide education, reassurance, and aftercare instructions

Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

Follow established clinical protocols, quality standards, and safety guidelines

Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent donor care
