Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health of New England , is hiring Assistant Nurse Managers (ANMs) to support high-performing clinical teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment .
This is an ideal opportunity for Charge RNs or experienced nurses ready to step into leadership and grow within a nationally recognized health system.
What You'll Do

Support daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow

Provide clinical leadership and supervision

Coach and mentor nursing staff

Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance

Partner with leadership on performance improvement initiatives

Serve as a hands-on, visible leader
Open Areas Include
Qualifications

Active Connecticut RN License
-
BLS required (ACLS/specialty certs as applicable)

3+ years acute care RN experience
-
Prior Charge Nurse or leadership experience preferred

BSN required
