Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and Relationship-Based Care model.

Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Maintain accurate documentation and promote patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.

Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
-
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to delivering age-appropriate, patient-centered care

Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients as needed
Licensure & Certifications
-
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
-
BLS/CPR required within 30 days of hire
-
CCMC required within 30 days of hire/transfer
-
NIH Stroke Scale (NIH) required within 6 months
-
ACLS and PALS required within 1 year of hire/transfer
-
National nursing certification preferred
